Certificates & CME

CME credits — where they actually come from

Set per check-in list (session), not per ticket type and not manually per delegate.

Event sidebar → Check-In Lists → open a list → CME credit hours field. A delegate earns those credits automatically the moment they're checked into that session's list. No credits set → no CME shown for that session.

CME Report

Event sidebar → CME Report. Columns: Delegate, Email, Ticket Type, Sessions Attended (expand for per-session detail + check-in time + credits), Total CME Credits.

Export button → cme-report.xlsx (Registration ID, Name, Email, Ticket Type, Sessions Attended, Total CME Credits, Sessions).

No rows? Set CME credit hours on your check-in lists first.

Compliance flag: any credit-hour figure or accrediting-body statement you publish or promise to delegates must trace to a real, confirmed source (the accrediting body, e.g. DHA/MOHAP CME rules) — do not treat a number entered in Calix as itself proof of accreditation. Verify with Wiredin's CME/compliance lead before publishing credit claims externally.

Certificate Templates

Event sidebar → CertificatesCreate Certificate Template:

FieldNotes
Template namee.g. "Certificate of Attendance"
Which ticket types is this certificate for?Ticket-type picker
Which tags is this certificate for?Optional, ANDs with ticket type
Requires evaluationSwitch — delegate must complete the event evaluation before this certificate can be emailed. Use for CME certificates.

Create Template → modal switches to Upload certificate artworkDone.

Place merge fields: grid icon ("Place fields", needs artwork first) → drag-and-drop only two fields onto the artwork: Full name and CME total. Per-field: text size, box width, center, alignment, font, color. Save Layout.

Preview/download: download icon → pick a delegate → Preview or Download selected / Download all (N).

Send to delegates: send icon (envelope) → toggle Attended only, edit subject/message (tokens: , , , , ), select recipients → Send to selected (N).

Evaluation gate — how it actually enforces: checked only at send time. If Requires evaluation is on and a delegate hasn't completed the evaluation, they're silently skipped (shown as "Not completed" in the send list, unselectable) unless you tick "Send even if the evaluation isn't completed" in the send dialog.

Evaluation

Event sidebar → Evaluation — one evaluation form per event. Add Question (title, answer type, Required/Optional). Preview delegate form. Email evaluation invite to send it out. To gate a certificate on it, use the Requires evaluation switch on that certificate template (above) — there's no separate "publish" step for the evaluation itself.
