Badges & Wallet Passes

Badge Designer

Event sidebar → Badge Designer:

  1. Label size — Width/Height in pt (default 288×216pt = 4"×3"). Create badge template.
  2. Badge artwork — drag & drop upload (JPG/PNG, max 8MB). Replace artwork to swap it.
  3. Click a field button to place it on the canvas: Full name, Registration type, Place of work, Country of practice, DTCM code (only if the event uses DTCM codes), QR code, Registration ID. Drag to position — snaps to center.
  4. Per field: Box width (+ Center), and for text fields — Text size, Alignment, Font, Text color. Auto-saves ~1s after each edit.
  5. Print all badges (PDF) or Download for Zebra (.zpl) — ZPL sends only the variable data (name, QR, etc.) for printing onto pre-printed stock; artwork itself is preview-only in that mode.

Ticket Design

Event sidebar → Ticket Design: Accent Color, Logo (min 200×200px square), Footer Text (max 500 chars). Save Ticket Design. Print Preview shows the live result.

Apple / Google Wallet

No per-event setup exists — this is entirely account-level and automatic. "Add to Apple Wallet" / "Add to Google Wallet" buttons appear on the delegate's ticket page and confirmation email automatically once IT has configured the account-wide Apple/Google Wallet credentials — each platform turns on independently. Nothing for an operator to toggle per event.

Not showing for your event? That's expected if account-level wallet credentials aren't set up yet — check with IT, it's not an event-level setting you're missing.

Pass shows: Wiredin logo header → event-name banner → ticket type, name, country, job title (if set) → QR + registration ID → DTCM code row (if used).

One QR code, everywhere

On-screen ticket, ticket email, printed badge, and wallet pass all carry the same QR (the delegate's registration ID). Any one of them checks in the same way.

Internal Wiredin colleague resource — not for external distribution.
